Buddo Secondary school is located near Kisozi trading centre, Wakiso District. Branch off the Kampala Masaka Road, take Buddo Naggalabi Road OR follow Kisozi Road 2Km Masaka Kampala Road, Branch off at Kitebi Trading centre.
Buddo Secondary School seats on its own land, located in Busiro County, Wakiso District.
It is approximately 14 kilometres South - West of Kampala along Kampala –Masaka highway; Wakiso District.
Historical Background:
Buddo SS opened its gates on 4th/Feb/1991 with ten students in a humble setting on Buddo Hillside, Kyengera Town Council in Wakiso District.
It was founded by profound, resilient and professional Educationists headed by Mr. Muwonge Lawrence under the guidance and Chairmanship of Mr. Mujumba John Bosco the Chairman Private Schools Association in Uganda then.
Buddo Secondary School is a privately owned institution fully registered with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Sports as a Boarding Mixed “O” And “A” Level Secondary School.
Buddo Secondary School acquired its Selection Code issued upon its registration by the Ministry as 1507.

Buddo Secondary School is A Sports Power House in Football, Basketball and Netball.
The Games and Sports Committee is responsible for identifying and developing talented students in Games and Sports as well as Managing Sports Equipment and Facilities.

We organize Our Sports Day in First Term around Easter Holiday where all parents are invited.
The Competitions are based on Houses where the winner takes a BULL and a Trophy.
The school also has a Football Academy for players between the age of 12 -19 which is fully registered with FUFA in the names of Buddo SS Soccer Academy.
Music, Dance and Drama Committee
This identifies & develops Students’ Talents in Music Dance & Drama.
They equally cater for the Student’s Entertainment organised every Saturday from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
The school has been The Champion on National & East African Level in Music Dance and Drama School Competitions for consecutive years since 2016.

Buddo SS has a well-stocked Medical Centre which conducts laboratory tests, dispenses out treatment & gives first aid before referral in case of complicated ailments.
Referrals are done after three days after failing to respond to the treatment.

Visitation Days
The Academic Visitation days are the major Visitation Days which are held once a term.
Parents are obliged to come and meet Class teachers personally to enhance academic excellence.
We have other Visitation days that usually happen during events like Sports Day, Music Dance & Drama.
No other visits are allowed except when arranged by School Admin.
Cooked Food is NOT Allowed at School
Indecent dressing by parents is strictly discouraged.
Visitation Day time is between 11:00am to 6:00pm.
The bell is always sounded for Parents’ Departure.
Make sure you always carry a Visitor’s Card along with you.
